Please get in touch with ENEX to request an account which will be created manually. You can do this either by e-mail or using the service chat via the blue icon in the lower right corner of the site.

LOGIN OR SITE ISSUES TROUBLESHOOTING

  1. DON'T USE YOUR "E-MAIL ADDRESS" TO LOG IN! The USERNAME (!!!) is required with the password
  2. Make sure to log in via the link "https://members.enex.news" 
  3. Did you try on another browser? If the credentials work, you face a local "cached login credentials" issue. (Browser auto-complete replacing the new credentials with previous credentials! More likely with shared accounts and after resets)
  4. The credentials check is "case sensitive". Make sure, you enter the codes "exactly" as you created. 
  5. Check your SPAM / JUNK folder if you didn't receive automatic notifications after password reset form.
